By downloading or using DropTray ("the App") or visiting droptray.app ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use DropTray.

License

DropTray grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or redistribute the App.

Free to Use

DropTray is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DropTray or the Site to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Distribute malware or harmful content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DropTray is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DropTray and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and the App itself, including the DropTray name, logo, and design, are the property of DropTray and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DropTray after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
